As a Professional Midwife with a deep passion for serving others, I am dedicated to movement, yoga and helping empower women with deep knowledge. I believe there is a possibility of a different way to bring new souls into the world, one that is not cut off from natures wisdom. Through a journey of guided movement and yoga through pregnancy, offering and reconnecting women with their innate power and wisdom, we will celebrate the incredible strength of creating life and embrace the transformative experience of motherhood.​​ Pregnancy is a transformative journey that impacts both the body and mind. Embracing movement and yoga during this time is essential, as it fosters adaptability and strength.
