Service Description
In the comfort of your own home, join a wide variety and times Online for your postpartum recovery. In between feeds, jump online and begin to restore your pelvic floor, core and mental wellbeing with the safety of our incredible midwife teacher.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling & rescheduling . Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 12 hours before their scheduled class/ session/ private classe/ online & virtual class time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact Sacred movement via whatsapp or email. Late cancellations are considered “late” when the client does not cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of 20% of the initial fee. Online/ Virtual class. Please make sure your internet is set up prior to the class time. The platform Zoom will send you a link to the session before the time of the scheduled class. Please ensure you have sufficient wifi or data to sustain the session. We’d like to reduce a disruption for the session as much as possible. Please ensure your device is plugged into a power source/ fully charged. Missed appointments. If a client misses their scheduled class or private, without cancelling or rescheduling, they will be charged the full amount of the price of the scheduled service. If unforeseen circumstances permit then that will be taken into regard. Provider cancellation. If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled class or private, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.
